The Chart Information View

It is an information view for charts.

It shows a brief description of the chart:

the chart name/package.
a comment if the user wrote one in the comment dialog.
the chart type.

Then it shows a list of all the matrices that it contains. There is a popup menu in the matrices list to edit, view the selected matrix or get information about it.
