Bugs

If you find a bug report it, even if you are not totally sure it is a bug
(alternatively you can go to the Matrex Sourceforge page, click on the Bugs menu, click on Submit New and describe the bug).
If you want to send report a bug, consider that Matrex:

• produces log files (called matrex0.log, matrex1.log...) in its top directory. It may help if you include the file matrex0.log in the description.
• If Matrex closed itself without reason it is generally possible to see the error that caused the problem running it from the command line/shell.
   To do this:
  
  • on MacOSX, execute java -XstartOnFirstThread -jar Java/matrex_start.jar from the matrex.app/Contents/Resources directory.
  • on the other systems, execute java -jar matrex_start.jar from the top Matrex menu.

Features Requests

If you feel some feature is missings from the application, go to the Matrex Sourceforge page, click on the Feature Request menu, click on Submit New and describe the feature you want.
